Compatible with the platforms, rails, and protocols agents already run on

Buying is moving from search results to answers. Then to actions.

Agentic commerce means AI assistants completing purchases and bookings on a customer's behalf. Businesses that are legible to agents get the order. The rest disappear from the conversation.

Platform

One integration. Every agent surface.

Agentic checkout

A single checkout endpoint that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and custom agents can complete end to end: cart, tax, fulfillment, and confirmation.

Scheduling and bookings

Expose real availability so agents can book appointments, tables, and services, with buffers and cancellation rules you control.

Mandates and spend controls

Cryptographically signed intent and cart mandates in the AP2 style. Every purchase traces back to explicit user authorization, with per-agent spend caps.

Machine-readable catalog

Your products, services, and policies published as structured feeds and an MCP server, so agents can query price and stock in real time.

Order visibility

See which agent surfaces drive revenue, which requests were refused and why, and how agentic orders compare to your human traffic.

Live in three moves

01

Connect

Point Errand at your existing stack: Shopify, Stripe, your POS, your booking system, or a REST API. No replatforming, no new hardware.

02

Publish

Errand generates your agent surface: structured catalog, MCP endpoint, llms.txt, and checkout routes that speak ACP, UCP, and AP2.

03

Transact

Agents discover you, present a signed mandate, and pay over the rails you already use. You approve the rules once; Errand enforces them per request.

Fluent in every protocol of the agentic stack

The ecosystem has not picked one winner, so Errand speaks all of them. Integrate once and stay compatible as the standards evolve.

Protocol Steward What it covers In Errand
ACP OpenAI + Stripe Checkout inside ChatGPT and ACP-compatible agents Native: your catalog and checkout served as ACP endpoints
AP2 Google + 60 partners Signed intent and cart mandates for delegated purchases Native: mandates verified and archived on every order
UCP Google Catalog, cart, and identity linking for commerce agents Catalog and cart endpoints published automatically
x402 Coinbase HTTP-native stablecoin payments for machine-to-machine calls Optional rail for API metering and micro-purchases
MCP Anthropic (open standard) Tool interface agents use to query and act Hosted MCP server exposing search, quote, book, and buy tools
“Orders from assistants just show up in our POS like any other ticket. We didn’t change how we work.”

Common questions

What is Errand?

Errand is commerce infrastructure that lets AI agents transact with your business. It connects to your existing store, booking system, or POS and publishes an agent-readable surface: a structured catalog, an MCP server, and checkout endpoints that speak ACP, UCP, and AP2. Agents acting for real customers can then find you, get a quote, and complete a purchase or booking under rules you set.

Do I have to replace my current store or POS?

No. Errand sits alongside what you already run. It reads catalog, pricing, and availability from your existing systems and writes orders back into them, so your team keeps one source of truth.

How do I stay in control of what agents can do?

Every capability is a policy you configure: which products are purchasable, order size limits, booking windows, refund rules, and rate limits per agent platform. Requests outside policy are refused and logged, and every approved order carries a signed user mandate you can audit.

Which agent platforms can buy through Errand?

Anything that speaks the open protocols: ChatGPT and ACP-compatible assistants, Gemini and UCP surfaces, Claude and other MCP clients, plus custom agents your customers or partners build. One integration covers all of them, including protocols that ship after you go live.

How are payments handled?

Over the rails you already use. Card payments settle through your existing processor, with support for network agent programs like Visa Intelligent Commerce and Mastercard Agent Pay as they roll out. Stablecoin settlement over x402 is optional and off by default.

Is this only for e-commerce?

No. Errand covers physical and digital goods, food ordering, appointment booking, and service scheduling. If a customer could buy it or book it on your website, their agent can do it through Errand.

The next customer walking into your store is an agent.

Be ready before your competitors are. Early access partners ship in weeks, not quarters.
