Pricing questions

What counts as an agentic order?

Any purchase or booking completed through an Errand endpoint by an AI agent: a checkout, an appointment, or a reservation. Catalog queries and quotes are free and unmetered on every plan.

Is there a transaction fee?

Growth includes a 1% fee on completed agentic transactions, on top of your normal payment processing. Starter has no fee during beta. Platform pricing is negotiated flat or volume-based.

Can I cap my monthly spend?

Yes. Set a hard budget and Errand pauses paid features when you hit it, while your catalog stays live so agents can still find you.

What happens to pricing after the beta?

Early access partners keep beta terms for 12 months after general availability. We will give at least 60 days notice before any change.
