What we collect

Account and contact details you give us, and the order metadata needed to run and audit agentic transactions: items, amounts, timestamps, the agent platform, and the signed mandate reference.

What we do not collect

We do not store raw payment card numbers; those flow through your payment processor. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not train models on your business data.

How we use it

To operate checkout and booking, enforce your policies, prevent abuse, provide analytics, and support you. Nothing more.

Retention and deletion

We keep transaction records for as long as you use Prinvia and as required for tax and audit. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

This marketing site uses only what is needed to serve pages and measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data under laws such as GDPR and CCPA. Contact hello@prinvia.com to exercise them.
