The service

Prinvia provides commerce infrastructure that lets AI agents transact with your business under policies you configure. Features and availability may change during the design-partner phase.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, pricing, and policies, for fulfilling orders, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

Do not use Prinvia to sell unlawful goods or services, to defraud, or to circumvent the authorization and rate limits built into the platform.

Payments and fees

Pricing is agreed with each design partner. Payment processing fees are charged by your processor under your own agreement with them.

Liability

The service is provided as is during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, Prinvia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Full terms will govern at general availability.
